Warranty

Our watches carry a 2-year international warranty, that spans from the date of purchase.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover the following:

1. Defects or damage resulting from loss, theft, fire, water, or acts of God.
2. Malfunctions or damage caused by misuse, neglect (e.g., impacts, crushing, broken glass), or accidents.
3. Malfunctions or damage due to unauthorized repairs or modifications.
4. Modifications, defects, or damage caused by normal wear and aging (e.g., minor scratches on the case or glass, alterations to the bracelet).
5. Components not covered include the battery, bracelet (including damage to the bracelet), crown, or glass.
6. Watches with an altered serial number, including those that are erased, modified, replaced, crossed out, or illegible.
